Excellent service - the binding was excellent and of perfect size. A cut above offers a range of carpets and rugs not available locally - ours was ordered from the USA. The carpet looks wonderful, incuding the runners cut to size out of the left-over carpet pieces. The back- up was also good, including providing advice and cleaning agents to get off a stain caused by myself. Its refreshing to deal with a family firm like this.
