  Went in to return a watch and was treated like a criminal and that was by the 'manager'. She asked if I had worn it to which I said no but she kept on and on saying there was bits of skin and scratches etc. Asked I had the receipt and mentioned my husband had bought it and she immediately said 'well he has to bring it back' even though I had the card with me!! She was down right rude and arrogant to both me and my husband. My husband had to travel from Heysham just to return and get a refund. My husband and I have spend a lot of money in this store buying watches, engagement rings and our wedding rings and in the past have received brilliant service especially by the older lady (I believe she has now left, not that I'm surprised!!). I will never return to this store again.
