- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-07-01, by George ScottSimply brilliant. I bought a ring online where the engraving hadn't come out well. I wanted to get it sorted but not other jewellers in Lancaster would help me. Firth's were so helpful with getting it sorted before I proposed, even though I hadn't bought the ring from them. Very reasonable prices for their workshop jobs as well. I would 100% recommend them, especially Charlotte and her excellent customer service. I won't be going anywhere else in the future!
